Academic and Identification Documents Needed for Registration

• Filling out the final registration forms for financial obligations, academic residence permit, housing and Persian language course
• Three color copies of the first page of valid passport (valid for more than one year)
• Three copies of student visa (with entry stamp), 4 pieces of 3 x 4 official photos with white background
• Three color copies of the previous degree certificate (translated into English and certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country of origin)
• 30,000,000 Rials in cash for documents verification

 

Academic and Identification Documents Needed for Final Registration

• Three color copies of the first page of a valid passport (valid for more than one year)
• Twelve pieces of recent 3 x 4 official photos with white background
• The original certificate of the previous degree certificate along with three color copies of it (translated into English and certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country of origin)
• Documents Required for One-year Academic Residence Permit
• The original passport
• Five  3 x 4 photos with a white background (3 pieces for residence permit, 2 pieces for exit and entry)

 

Steps of Translation and Verification of the Final Admission Certificate

• Registration at the www.portal.saorg.ir (obtaining the approval of SCU and Student Affairs organization in Tehran)
• Official translation of the certificate in certified translation office
• Obtaining judicial approval from the Judiciary (head-quartered in Tehran)
• Obtaining the approval of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (head-quartered in Tehran)
• Final verification of the translated certificate at the embassy of the country of origin
