  DEPARTMENT OF FOOD HYGIENCE AND QUALITY CONTROL       
  Department of Food Hygiene and Quality Control has six different educational and research sections such as Food Microbiology, Food Chemistry, Meat Science and Technology, Dairy Science and Technology, Meat Hygiene and Inspection, and Epidemiology. The main purpose of the department is to train expert students who are able to undertake advanced researches in the field of food hygiene and quality control. To achieve this goal, five independent laboratories are well-equipped with advanced laboratory equipments. The department offers postgraduate courses including Master of Science (M.S.) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in the field of food hygiene and quality control.
